Tallow & Earth is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where applicable, and we will assist you.
